You do not need an account to use Scrollify.

Listening

Scrollify only listens while you have started a session. Only sound is used. No sound is ever recorded or saved. It never looks at your screen.

Finding songs

Songs are matched with Apple’s ShazamKit. We only keep the songs you find, on your phone. You can delete them.

Apple Music

Scrollify asks for Apple Music access only to add songs.

Lock Screen Live Activity

For the optional Lock Screen Live Activity, our small server keeps only a push code for your device. It does not keep song names. The song name only passes through to Apple to show on your Lock Screen. We delete the push code after 12 hours, or when you stop.
